Blearily you blinked your eyes open, the familiar warm feeling as always present. Glancing down you confirmed what you’d suspected. Vladimir breathed out softly, his hair ruffled up completely and several curls sticking out from it.
He tightened his arms around you, snuggling his face deeper into your chest. Blushing slightly, you stroked his hair, attempting to at least straighten out some of it. You always seemed to end up in this position, no matter how you’d started the night before.
It didn’t seem that comfortable to you; his head was nowhere near his cushion and he was practically buried underneath the cover.
It was an adorable habit of his though, one you weren’t going to break anytime soon. As your musing continued, you smiled at him and due to his sleeping face you guessed he was still deeply in dreamland.
Well you were wrong.
“Ouch!” You squeaked, glaring down at the Romanian. “What was that for?”
He carried on nibbling on your collarbone roughly, grinning widely up at you. “I just saw a delicious collarbone in front of me and I simply had to taste.”
Chuckling, he swapped your positions, leaving you curled up on his chest. “G’morning.” He said, tracing the back of his hand along your jaw. “Morning.” You replied, resting your head on his shoulder.
The two of you stayed like that for a moment before you started to get up. Even though neither of you had work, you couldn’t just sleep the day away. Vladimir scowled and pulled his knees to his chest, sulking.
When you turned back to look at him from where you stood next to the bed, he looked up at you with hopeful eyes. “What is it now?”
He opened his arms for you. “You know I won’t get up until I get my morning kiss.” You ruffled his hair and he pulled you back between his legs, pointing at his puckered lips. “C’mon~”
“You’re incorrigible.” You murmured once, before brushing your lips against his. Grinning, he pushed you on your back, deepening your kiss.
“That’s the type of kiss I want in the morning!” Shaking your head at him, you blushed. He pulled your back up, nuzzling his face in the crook of your neck. “Breakfast then?”
He scrambled to his feet to follow you into the sunlit kitchen with one of the happiest smiles on his face.
